since you sister is only 16 she is entitled to social security benefits it may average 600 to 800 (that what i got when my parent died i was 9) are their some way you would rent out you parents house with enough money to pay the mortage payment and some extra or live in their house with only 4,100 you could redo the loan pay off everything maybe get a lower payment good luck with every thing i know i am in the same boat with health issue

i am 40 year old mom with 2 small boys i just had a total knee replacement on one knee and the dr wanted to do the other knee but the 1st surgery is not going as well as he hoped.  i am not able to stand, walk or sit for any amt of time and i learn i just lost all vision in my left eye-----i had worked at walmart for 15 years and always had a second job to get by --- it had gotten to a point where i was unable to stand and could of sit on a stool to do my job but walmart would not let me and my hours was cut from 40 to 25 to 28 weekly but as i was told i made too much money and they needed to save on the budget then they changed my hours from which i had worked for 5 years to hours they knew i couldnt do so since i wouldnt work the hours i was released my job----i now have not worked for over 1 year and according to the dr will not really be able to work a full time job with my knees & hip problems, eye condtion, and hearing loss. i now am about to lose my house (double wide trailor ) my payment are 466 a month you cant get a apartment for that but i had 1800 in car repair which really put us behind we were living paycheck to paycheck and living on a police officer pay i made more working at walmart i wish someone could make a payment to greentree too get us through this hump and until i can get disability---ss sent me to a dr who told me he did not believed in disability and that i just did not want to work

i know you think it bad but in my posititon i dont have a job just had a total knee replacement that did not work and i am losing everything just keep this in mind when you think you got it worse than anyone god shows you someone that is in worse position than you are
